January Workshops

A Canned Ham For Christmas

As some of you may know I have a small obsession with vintage campers.  They are just so cute.  Kirk has been on me for a long time that we need to purchase an enclosed trailer to haul all of my Close to my Heart products to and from expos and retreats.  I could not see investing all that money in a empty hauling device.  So after shortly after the Thanksgiving holiday the subject came up again ... and I started looking for a compromise.  We picked up this adorable 1962 Yellowstone camper (canned ham)a few weeks before Christmas.  She is in great shape and just so fun.  We will do some renovating ... like turning the blue strip red (on the outside) and a few things to the inside ... but shes ready to haul.
 

As to not favor one obsession over the other I created these super cute cards (my paper crafting obsession).  They were made using the Close to my Heart Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge with the exception of the sun which was an old sizzix die.  Soooo much fun!!

Christmas House Workshop - December 15th at 6pm

This is the cutest Christmas album ever!!  Come join me and create this festive project.  Front and back covers are made of chipboard.  The inside includes four drop in page protectors (with room for pictures on both sides ... so a total of 8 pages for pictures ... size 5x9).  You will love this project!!!  You must RSVP by either emailing or phoning me no later than December 3rd!!  I have a limited number of projects so RSPV right away!!  Can't make the workshop?  Contact me on how to receive it by mail!! 

We will be enjoying the evening in true Christmas spirit.

September Workshop

Well Fall is here complete with cooler weather.  I miss Summer already!!  Most of you know I'm a Summer kinda gal ... Hot hot hot is OK with me!!  Fall does bring some fun things though ... Like Close to My Heart's new catalog and product line. I'm so excited about the new Cricut cartridge and the new new papers and accessories are to die for ...  Can't wait to share with everyone!!  I have a couple of great projects this month.  Hope to see you at a workshop soon.
